You strive towards clean, accessible, hand-written XHTML and CSS. You take delight in client-side functionality with unobtrusive javascript based on a range of frameworks and enjoy pushing the boundaries of the web. Your best friend is Firebug and together you produce flowing layouts using table-less CSS. You are following the buzz about HTML5 and praying for the day when the world finally upgrades from IE6.
You are a detail-oriented, result-driven kind of person who works well within team environments and has great interpersonal skills, with a minimum of three years commercial front-end development and practical javascript experience.
We are a multi-national, multi-disciplinary team passionate about using technologies to empower those without voices, educate those without decent teachers, and transform the way we all work, and learn. Our work and ideas are used all over the world to change lives.
In return we offer...
A creative and relaxed working environment full of clever and motivated people. Flexible working hours and a meritocracy-oriented culture. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Regular brainstorming sessions on the Wii over some beers. Lots of opportunities to grow professionally and personally. We’re located in the heart of Cambridge, one of the most exciting and innovative tech centres in the world, a multicultural dynamic city home of the prestigious university with lots of opportunities to network and further extend your knowledge.
