Description

We are looking for a motivated, passionate and dedicated senior web developer to join our development team. You should have a minimum 5 years web development experience and be very competent with ASP.NET 2.0+ (C#), tSQL, (X)HTML, CSS & Javascript.

Familiarity with wider web technologies (Web Services (WCF), XML, XSLT, XPATH, Flash, Flex, etc.) and previous experience working in a digital agency is very advantageous.

You would be reporting to the development team leader and working closely with all parts of the business, from client services to user experience to creative design. Experience with requirements gathering, solution design & specification production is essential as will be a large part of the role. You would also be involved in mentoring and supporting junior members of the development team, as well contributing to the up-keep and further development of the internal processes, methodologies and best practices.

Very strong verbal & written communication skills are essential.

You should be comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment where short deadlines are common.
